About DMSC Incorporated
- 1985: DMSC Incorporated originated as Dugan's Management Company, by Jim & Lynn Dugan. The company began in Brooklyn, MI as a Property Management company for shopping centers in the surrounding area.
- 1986: We purchased our first sweeper truck and started the Maintenance division of our company.
- 1987: We added parking lot striping to our services.
- 1990: We added a second sweeper truck to our fleet.
- 1998: We discontinued our property management services and DMSC, Inc. (Dugan's Maintenance Service Company) was formed.
- 1999: DMSC, Inc. added a second generation family member to the payroll, LaDane Dugan.
- 2012: We launched our website.
- 2014: DMSC, Inc. is adding a street sweeper to our fleet, which allows us to expand our scope of work to include large commercial, industrial and municipal sites.
- 2016: Second generation family member, LaDane Dugan, becomes president.
- 2018: DMSC, Inc. adds a single engine sweeper truck to our fleet.
